Led by the capable Dr. Carl Slagley, praise band normally leads two songs on Sunday mornings and practices Sunday morning before worship. The band is always in need of certain extra instrumentalists or vocalist, including for those times when members are absent. Please talk to Dr. Slagley if interested.

Monday night small groups are open to newcomers, and are designed to help people grow in faith in Jesus Christ and in supporting one another. The elders on session normally meet the 2nd Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. The New Testament word for elder is presbuteros, and the name "Presbyterian" indicates this form of government. We believe Jesus Christ is the head of the church, and elders are to be people of prayer who study His Word to discern His will.

The purpose of our Mother's Day Out Program at First Presbyterian Church Pearland is to provide an environment where children feel safe, loved, and experience the joy of learning the good news of Jesus Christ. We welcome children from ages 18 months to 4 years old.

First, third, and fifth Tuesdays 6:00 p.m. This group meets in the sanctuary and is open to anyone. We pray over cards that people turn in to us and lift up any other praises, burdens or concerns any of us is aware of, including our own personal petitions.
